3. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Shopify's billing system
• A free plan is available for testing before upgrading
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaAppSuite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

All content, features, and functionality of NovaAppSuite applications are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software or branding without permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to our services will be revoked and your app configurations will be deleted.
